Delete your Sayyn Driver account

1. Delete in the app

• Open the Sayyn Driver app and log in.
• Go to Profile.
• Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
• Your account is closed and you are signed out right away.

2. Request deletion without the app

• Email support@sayyn.net from any address with the subject "Driver account deletion".
• Include the phone number registered on your driver account.
• We confirm it is your account by contacting that phone number, then close the account within 7 days.

3. What happens when you delete

• Your account is closed and you can no longer log in.
• You stop receiving orders, offers and notifications.
• Your notification token is removed and your live location is no longer collected.
• You cannot register again with the same phone number; contact support if you want to come back.

4. Data we keep

• Records of completed orders, payments, earnings and settlements, kept to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
• Documents you submitted for your application and an audit log of the deletion, kept for safety, fraud prevention and dispute handling.
• We keep these records only as long as the law or an open dispute requires, and we do not use them to contact you.

5. When deletion has to wait

If you have an order in progress or a pending offer, finish or cancel it first. The app will tell you if this is the case.
